HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear & Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

Within our Accounting & Administration Department in Coldrerio/Switzerland, we searching for a 12 months 80% part time contract an

What you can expect:
  • Ensure Accounting Payable daily activities: document management system, invoice posting and related approval processes;
  • Ensure the preparation of VAT books;
  • Perform intercompany Reconciliations on a monthly base of fix cost and payable/receivable;
  • Account statements management;
  • Monthly closing activities;
  • Ad Hoc analysis and reconciliation of data turnover vendor, discrepancy between warehouse and invoice value;
  • Support in special finance projects.


Your profile:
  • Have an economic university background;
  • Have at least 2 years' experience in similar role;
  • Have digital approach, analytical mindset, strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Are able manage the assigned tasks with great accuracy, set your own priorities and optimize the time management ;
  • Are flexible, open minded and target oriented.
  • Have proficient Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Excel) and ERP good knowledge, SAP and VBA will be a plus;
  • Fluency in English and Italian, German will be a plus;
