Fashion Accessories Designer

Keith and James is looking for an experienced and creative Fashion Accessories Designer who can help elevate the brand aesthetic, and follow through with the creative and product development process.

Responsibilities:

• Research new trends and develop creative proposals that are line with the brand's identity 
• Assemble and maintain mood board, design deck, color palette and line sheet 
• Produce clear and detailed technical sketches to guide product development
• Create tech packs
• Assist in communicating with factories
• Follow through with the entire sampling and prototype process
• Identify potential production and quality issues and make recommendations to ensure brand integrity
• Lead a project with limited guidance

Requirements:

• Strong Expertise in design (cross category) 
• Fashion production experience
• Strong sense of urgency to adhere to deadlines, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of design basics, construction and finishing
• Ability to problem solve and work independently when necessary.
• Detail oriented, punctual and eager
• Ability to react to change/flexibility
• Strong organizational skills to manage many details
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent hand drawing skills
• Excellent knowledge of software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Highly skilled in creative research and knowledge of trends and competitors
• Creative, flexible, and determined team player, able to handle stress
• Good level of English
• Previous experience in luxury good companies
• Strong know-how of product / fabric / treatment / workmanship
