We are looking for an eCommerce Assistant who will assist the eCommerce Manager in day-to-day operations of As eCommerce Assistant you will take ownership of customer service, admin and maintenance of the premium tier of the BBCICECREAM eCommerce universe.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily customer service queries in the brand tone of voice ensuring customers are responded to and dealt with promptly and appropriately
  • Acting as liaison with our warehouse to ensure returns are managed properly and stock is being processed efficiently and standards are upheld
  • Assisting the eCommerce Manager with various duties across eCommerce operations including, but not limited to, product uploads, imagery edits, logistics, site audits, social media, analytics & reporting
  • Working with our digital marketing agency to make sure assets are delivered promptly and correctly
  • Help in managing the company brand calendar to ensure eCommerce dates & targets are met
  • Ad-hoc assistance in eCommerce fulfilment and dispatch in our bricks and mortar retail in Soho
  • Liaising with our EU partners on our EU DC
  • Helping with production on seasonal eCommerce photoshoots
  • Assisting & co-ordinating sale & mark-down events



Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:

  • Experience in fashion eCommerce preferred but not essential
  • Interest in the BBCICECREAM brand and relevant brand adjacencies
  • Some experience using Shopify desired but not essential
  • Enthusiasm for UX/UI
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Adobe Suite
  • Strong eye for detail & proactive thinking a must
