About the Role

This role requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible Lead for the Dolls Kill fulfillment center in San Bernardino, CA. The ideal candidate will have previous retail and fashion experience/interest. This position includes working as a senior individual contributor in order fulfillment, shipping/packing/ receiving shipments, maintaining excellent quality control and/or order accuracy. The role will work closely with the department Area Manager to ensure the department is running at the highest standards of efficiency and quality. While the candidate will be required to execute department tasks more than 50% of the time, they will be required to train associates, and contribute to special projects. They will develop expertise into all systems and processes and will be looked up by associates as the go-to problem solver. We thrive in a fast-paced environment where there is sudden pressure and deadlines so you must be flexible, quick, have a can-do attitude, and be able to manage a workload with changing priorities. This position requires staying on your feet for 10 hours a day.


    • Execute tasks with significantly better than standard time/UPH, and with near zero errors
    • Develop deep expertise in department functioning, become the go-to person for questions on system and processes
    • Train new team members on system and processes
    • Identify opportunities to improve team productivity and SOPs
    • Assist with problem solve and exception workflows
    • Assist with troubleshooting process/system issues and recommend improvements
    • Assist AM/OM with special projects/tasks
    • Required Education and Experience:HS diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1 year warehousing experience preferred
