Sales Manager - Bodywear, Hosiery, Shoes, Acc. & Stock sales
HUGO BOSS Nordic ApS | Copenhagen | Denmark | Full-time

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Manager for Bodywear, Hosiery, Shoes, Accessories and Stock sales who is result-oriented and ready to drive and implement the local sales strategy. You will be responsible for a small team and become a member of our strong sales team which consists of 11 highly competent colleagues. You will sell the 4 yearly collections to our Nordic customers from your base in our Copenhagen showroom. The role requires extensive travel activity in between selling seasons both locally and abroad.

What you can expect:

  • Selling of seasonal collections 4 times per year
  • Compiling feedback to global Brand Management/design team
  • Planning of budgets and preparation of analyses, including market analyses
  • Manage team performance and team development
  • Regular customer visits between each sales season
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and identify future potential partners
  • Build profitable growth plans for new business opportunities
  • Follow up on orders and deliveries

Your profile:

  • You have multiple years of experience within wholesale in the fashion industry in the Nordic region with a proven track record of successful results
  • You are a committed team player, who can also work independently and take responsibility
  • Taking initiative and being pro-active comes naturally to you
  • You are professional in your appearance and in your handling of customers
  • You have a flexible attitude and simultaneously work meticulously under pressure
  • You have a proven track record of leading and developing teams
  • You are fluent in English both written and verbal and master at least one of the Scandinavian languages as well
  • You have experience from working with systems preferably SAP and Microsoft office
  • You have a driver's licence
