An opportunity has arisen for a Wholesale Sales Manager to join our OYUNA team.  We seek an ambassador for our luxury cashmere brand - someone who shares our sustainability values, is highly motivated, and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.  The Wholesale Sales Manager will manage the sale of our Womenswear Collections to leading boutiques, oversee sales of our Home products to department stores and interior designers, and grow partnerships in line with business goals.  This is an extremely attractive role for an experienced wholesale professional who seeks to join a company that strives to make a positive impact.


  • Define the B2B wholesale strategy in line with business goals
  • Budget, forecast and plan activities in line with the wholesale strategy
  • Financial and data modeling and reporting, ownership of the channel P&L
  • Assist in the preparation of the open-to-buy for each selling campaign through the analysis of historical data
  • Research and monitor markets to identify new potential partners; continually evaluate current stockists
  • Lead sales campaigns and participate in fashion weeks; present the collection and assist buyers with product selection for order placement - taking into account customer profiles
  • Build positive relationships and maintain excellent communication with buyers to make sure collections are properly represented; analyse sell-throughs, promptly offer reorders, and keep buyers informed of order progress
  • Work with production, operations and finance teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met
  • Monitor incoming payments, issue account statements
  • Present production with feedback from buyers, agents and distributors in order to identify growth opportunities
  • Work with production on recommended retail prices for new collections
  • Work with marketing to establish key account marketing plans to drive sell through, brand awareness, and to secure collaborations with strategic partners
  • Plan and develop monthly marketing emails providing brand updates
  • Monitor wholesale partner websites to ensure correct imagery and information is being used
  • Develop and manage internal and external reporting to maximise sales team, agent and distributor performance, and to provide data and insights to the management team


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related programme
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a wholesale sales leadership role in a luxury lifestyle brand
  • Able to demonstrate examples of increasing account profitability, managing partnerships, onboarding key accounts, and executing successful contract negotiations
  • Excellent presentation skills with the confidence and ability to lead meetings with senior buyers
  • Existing relationships with key wholesale accounts
  • The ability to prioritise, multitask and handle multiple requests simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and the capacity to thrive under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Joor (or a similar B2B wholesale platform) preferred
  • Proficiency in Netsuite business software preferred
  • Flexibility to travel
