We are looking for a Global Marketing Manager with a focus on Global Brand Campaign Management. As a member of the Global Marketing Communication team, you operate from our HQ in Berlin. Working collaboratively with the creative & production teams, global PR and social media strategists, performance marketing and media teams and regional marketing managers, you'll lead and execute fully integrated marketing initiatives to build and influence our brand perception internationally.

You have excellent brand marketing skills and experience in project managing full funnel 360° campaigns. You are strategic and pragmatic at the same time. You love fast-paced and ever changing environments and adapt easily. You are up-to-speed with the latest in fashion, lifestyle, culture, retail and digital marketing and are interested in progress and innovation to be ahead of the competition.

  • Brand Marketing & Project Management - develop and implement brand marketing initiatives on a global level to shape the brand, by leading a cross-functional team of experts and external agencies. You will own cross-market campaigns end to end from strategic brief to go-live.
  • Stakeholder management - steer, guide and work with all relevant Zalando and partner stakeholders and ensure all work jointly to put an impactful marketing initiative in place. You will play a consulting role on global brand marketing for all Zalando markets and regional marketing teams.
  • Innovation & Zeitgeist - You live and breathe Zeitgeist and Lifestyle and foster innovation and consumer-relevance to always bring your activations one step forward compared to the competition. You'll coordinate the in-depth evaluation of your initiatives and proactively optimize the approach.
  • 4-6 years of experience working with or for global brands in the Lifestyle sector (ideally in fashion, retail, ecommerce). Expertise managing 360° cross-markets campaigns and coordinating agencies. You bring a Degree in Marketing or a related, relevant field.
  • Great knowledge of the international fashion industry, current trends and digital developments. Deep understanding of the media landscape including all digital touchpoints.
  • Along with your strong strategic thinking, you possess qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, are familiar with market research methods & media analytics and have an eye for creative and out of the box thinking.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to motivate others under pressure, ability to drive large project teams successfully. You enjoy working in an international, fast-paced environment and have a hands-on approach to get things done.
