Partner Relations & Private Client Team

The Partner Relations and Private Client Team comprises Partner Success, Account Management, Consignor Relations, and Private Client. We aim to cultivate meaningful relationships with our supply-side partners, power sellers and VIP clients, in turn driving loyalty and advocacy with high-value partners.


At Stadium Goods, the Partner Relations team fosters and grows relationships with essential supply-side partners. As the Account Manager, you will manage Stadium Goods' consignor accounts, with a focus on driving loyalty and growth. You will combine technical knowledge in e-commerce with account management, customer service, and a business development background in sneakers, streetwear or a similar fashion category.


    • Maintain and optimize important seller relationships through the account management process
    • Strategically plan with your accounts on intake and pricing actions in order to maximize sell-through and profitability for our partners
    • Track the performance of our accounts, identifying and communicating areas of opportunity
    • Provide accounts with analysis and recommendations, delivering insights and guiding decision-making
    • Partner with our teams to ensure all aspects of consignment operations are being performed promptly for your accounts
    • Provide dedicated customer support for accounts
    • Resolve any account issues or questions, partnering with our multiple teams
    • Oversee the retention and growth of key seller accounts.


    • 3+ years of direct account management experience within consignment, e-commerce, or the fashion industry
    • Successful track record across crucial retention and growth metrics
    • Proven sales and analytical ability
    • Commitment to excellent customer service standards
    • Experience building and onboarding a book of business
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills
    • Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
    • Willingness and ability to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
    • Knowledgeable about the sneaker / streetwear industry
