To strengthen our Global Retail Business Systems Team we are looking for a Manager Global Retail - Retail Systems and Operations (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

What you can expect:
  • Support the further development of Omni Channel Services
  • Support and implementation of customer outreach projects including the further development of corresponding tools (local and global)
  • Management and implementation of rollouts, software and/or hardware, in the point-of-sale environment
  • Global exchange with stakeholders, markets and retail operation teams
  • Analysis of projects incl. usage statistics
  • Management of projects, timelines, project teams, priorities and project objectives
  • Global support of local teams
  • Support of strategic process development in the point-of-sale environment

Your profile:
  • 3-5 years of practical experience, ideally in the retail and/or luxury goods market
  • Great affinity for information and system technology
  • Experience in the implementation of analytical tasks and rollouts
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, MS Teams)
  • Independent way of working Ability to work in a team, commitment and communicative strength
  • Willingness to travel
