JOB PURPOSE
To represent Supply Chain downstream to provide logistics related solutions to Burberry retail presences in South Apac region To monitor and control supply chain process from the time when goods leaving the hub to the stores' shelves; from the retail/ wholesale doors returning to the local fulfilment centre. To develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals in the region

JOB PURPOSE

To develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals in the region
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accomplish Burberry supply chain vision through daily activities
- Communicate and set regional priorities with relevant teams
- Create supply chain strategy for the region
- Maintain routines to ensure delivery of core supply chain metrics in terms of cost and service
- Lead and design comprehensive logistical or reverse logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation and delivery
- Monitor local fulfilment centre and offsite storage locations' operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives
- Work in conjunction with field operations and external service providers to deliver solutions for logistics challenges
- Develop external business partnership by setting up framework of legal contracts and agreement to manage 3PL, vendors, contractors' performance/service scope/cost efficiency
- Analyse and explain supply chain reports & product availability updates to stakeholders in the regions.
- Work on actions to attain business goals with the wider business teams
- Continuously develop and implement more efficient ways of working in conjunction with internal stakeholders
- Negotiate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure sustainability in supply chain
- Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a supervisor, manager, or similar relevant position required
- Logistics or retail background is preferred
- Fluent English, Mandarin or Cantonese - verbal and written
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, relational databases, and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- Excellence presentation and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team players who demonstrate diversity & inclusion in a workplace
- Good resistance to stress
