Vestiaire Collective is looking for a passionate Operations data analyst to join our team in Paris.

About the role

Our Operations' role is to make sure that every item sold / purchased on our platform will smoothly go from our sellers to our buyers. A large scope of operations from delivery to authentication are proposed to our customers.

The Authentication & QC functions are responsible for evaluating the authenticity of all items listed online (Curation) and transiting physically in our Hubs (Advanced Authentication). They also verify that item online description, picture (Curation) and physical condition (QC) are matching. Items not assessed as Authentic or not meeting quality criteria are rejected to protect our Buyers.

Both teams form Vestaire's Line of Defense and ensure that buyers can trust that what we deliver matches what they purchased.

As Ops data analyst, you will be reporting into the VP of Operations. You will be responsible to support key projects & daily operations, in order to keep scaling and improving Ops processes.

Your journey will start with our Authentication & QC Teams to help them grow and strengthen our fondations to ensure the best performance. Then you will progressively support all our operations' teams.

What you'll be doing
  • Support our Operations Experts teams to daily monitor their daily operational KPIs, designing dashboards & automated reports
  • Run analysis to support our experts' teams and to design adequate actions plans
  • Provide analysis on ad hoc basis to find root causes, opportunities and support projects
  • Liaise with Data Science team to scope, monitor & analyse algorithms improvements, leveraged in Authentication and QC processes
  • Support our BI team to develop and enhance our data's, make it accessible to all Ops team
  • Support Operations Experts teams to prepare Executive Committee presentations
  • Communicate your findings and recommendations to key internal stakeholders as well as to larger audiences
  • Work alongside Ops Business Analysts team to solve operational challenges

Who you are
  • Graduated from an Engineering school
  • 3-4 years of experience in data analysis of industrial operations (physical or digital operations)
  • Excellent analytical skills with proven experience using Excel & SQL (Tableau experience a plus)
  • Autonomy & rigor to analyze data
  • Ability to generate insights
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Fluency in English
