Overview

Reporting into the Accounting Manager and under the supervision of the AP Accountant, the Accounts Payable Graduate Trainee will participate in processing of OCR, preparation of journal entries, and assist with other accounting activities.

Your Mission:
  • To support the Accounting team with day to day activities.
  • Responsible for the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) & Document Management
  • Looking after all Accounts Payable coding
  • Processing a high volume of invoices and dealing with daily enquiries.
  • Filing and other ad hoc duties.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that call payments are accounted for and properly posted.


Your Talent:
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good at building relationships
  • Accuracy, transparency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem solve and manage data.


Systems and Essentials
  • Excel and general IT skills essential.
  • English/Italian/French/Spanish language skills beneficial.
