Overview

Reporting to the Head of Inventory, this role will support with the controlling, auditing and reporting of the stock movements of Stella McCartney, ensuring that systems are updated accurately and within a timely manner. Preparing Inventory reports and constantly liaising across multiple departments including logistics, finance, retail, merchandise and IT.

Your Mission:
  • Ensuring stock has correct values on our inventory system
  • Supporting with costs and auditing
  • Update prices on our inventory system
  • Managing the pricing during selling campaign
  • Audit prices in the system
  • Support with pricing parameters update
  • Support with pricing structure update
  • Assist the team with stock management of E-commerce
  • Support the team with regional stock management requests
  • Support the team with licensees codification bible maintenance


Your Talent:
  • Good understanding of stock controlling and inventory management concepts and processes
  • The ability to work in a changing and very dynamic environment, learning new concepts and applying information to current circumstances
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a fast paced and varied workload
  • The ability to work under high time and workload pressure
  • The ability to meet all deadlines requested
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Presentation skills in order to interact efficiently with the various parts of the business
  • Keen to make a positive contribution to the brand and possess a positive and optimistic personality
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders across the business
  • Additional language preferred (Italian), however not essential
