Our team now consists of writers, editors, designers, photographers, podcasters, engineers, and so many other key players who cement HODINKEE’s position as the most trusted source for watch news and products. We have a website. An app. A podcast. A magazine. A retail business. And more. HODINKEE’s goal is to bring readers and consumers the best in wristwatches in a way that’s approachable, authentic, honest and fun.

In this role you will...

  • Work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing to develop, plan and execute key brand campaigns and initiatives to deliver against key business and/or customer goals.
  • Prepare and draft all project briefs and documents; collate relevant input from key stakeholders, scope creative and resource needs from cross-functional partners, provide detailed meeting recaps and actionable insights in a timely manner. 
  • Assist with the project management of key campaigns and initiatives from planning through to execution, working closely with the Director of Brand Marketing to ensure a seamless delivery. 
  • Establish and maintain the critical planning timeline for all campaigns and events; provide clear communication and updates to key stakeholders; evaluate and flag and critical changes that will impact the projected go-live or launch 
  • Support all brand marketing events; manage production needs and deliverables, coordinate with internal/external partners and vendors, ensure all planning is done within a timely manner and budget, maintain utmost quality standards and professionalism as a representative of the brand
  • Draft all recaps and post-mortem reports for marketing initiatives, collaborating with channel owners to develop and share key learnings and recommendations.
  •  Promote best in class creative and execution for all HODINKEE brand marketing campaign and initiatives by staying on top of industry trends and leveraging key learnings from past projects
  • Build and maintain the Master Marketing Campaign Calendar; organize campaign assets with oversight of all campaign creative & messaging 
  • Work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing to scope and vet new partnership opportunities; prepare presentation documents 
  • Research and introduce new and effective marketing strategies
  • Evolve internal processes and foster cross-functional collaboration

  • 1-3 years of experience in Brand Marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Design experience is a plus
  • Candidates must be vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
