As Partner Acquisition Coordinator, you will be joining our Partner Acquisition Squad. Its mission is to ensure that Lyst has the best assortment for fashion lovers globally. 
Reporting to the Senior Partner Acquisition Manager, you will be supporting all aspects of new partner acquisition and onboarding. This includes but is not limited to: triaging incoming retailer enquiries; researching new prospect lists; creating presentations for new potential clients: running reports and data analysis; raising tickets and liaising with our Integrations team on onboarding and troubleshooting, and working with other departments to facilitate technical and logistical requests.

Comfortable learning new technical concepts and systems
Good organisational and process management skills to manage and prioritise a range of requests from at one time
Good communication - written, person is a must
Experience in creating decks via Keynote/Powerpoint (sales related decks a plus)
Self-starter, who thrives whilst working independently
Experience in Excel, Looker, or other analytics tools
Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and dynamic start-up environment
Interest in the technical integration of new partners
A love (or at least high regard) for fashion

Individuals are provided with the discretion to work remotely on a regular basis, with an expectation that a reasonable proportion of time is spent in the office to enhance in-person collaboration.
