As a Project Manager, you are part of our in-house Performance & Growth Practices team. You will be responsible for driving Project Management along our Evaluation Rounds cycles and coordinating the different milestones along the process. Through your day to day work you will drive performance and personal growth at Zalando.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Drive project management and support orchestrating the evaluation rounds process and stakeholder interaction
  • Coordinate different decision taking discussions within the performance process by collaborating with various groups throughout the People Products team and the company
  • Support the delivery of working packages and ad-hoc projects of the evaluation cycle throughout the year
  • Assist improving and innovating our current practices by working closely with relevant expertise teams to ensure on time and highly qualitative solutions
  • Define and deliver relevant measures to improve the customer experience from cycle to cycle
  • Engage in the implementation of the WorkDay Performance Management module and related activities


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • A professional expertise in the functional area as project manager, ideally in an HR environment where fluent German and English language skills are needed
  • High level of ownership for your projects, assertiveness, and reliability with your given tasks and responsibilities;
  • The ability to build a strong network and interpersonal connections as well as to coordinate all stakeholders of a project focusing on one common goal
  • A fast learner and passionate to create structures and processes in a complex, ever changing and highly engaging environment
  • A successfully completed university degree in business studies with a specialization in Human Resources or Managemen
  • Ideally experience with cloud-based HR system implementation processes
