Vestiaire Collective is looking for a talented Intern to support the Social Media Manager to assist 360 marketing team, starting January 2022 in our Paris office

About the role :

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a talented, community-minded and sustainable fashion passionate Global Social Media Manager assistant.

Reporting to the Head of Global Social Media & Influence, you will be supporting the Global Social Media Manager and Global Influence Manager in the strategy implementation and follow up, as well as coordinating our different markets to insure global strategy adoption across markets.

What you will do:

Social Media management and planning
  • Support in coordination of content planning for the Instagram and TikTok global accounts: book slots in the global calendar with knowledge of our priorities, platform (Vestiaire Collective) app calendar, in respect of a defined process (make sure the process is respected across countries and business unites).
  • Support our Social Media Manager into planning orchestrations and creative briefs for the Creative Factory and countries (brand partnership, local activations, build briefs for our recurring content categories and fashion shoots)
  • Support our Social Media Manager and Head of Social Media to respect the editorial line and content mix, in order to grow our community engagement and reach
  • Support our Social Media Manager and Head of Social Media in planification of the posts, publishing
  • Support the global team into writing the Social Media curation newsletter : spot new features, campaigns to highlight, trending conversations on social media
  • Answer non - related to customer services comments on our social networks to fuel engagement on a daily basis


Data and analysis

  • Support the team in providing analysis and building weekly and monthly activity reports based on owned and earned KPIs


About you:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in digital marketing, available for at least 6 months of full time internship
  • You consider yourself a "social geek" , you are a high social media user and know which feature to use in order to drive specific KPIs (reach, engagement, traffic)
  • Proactive, highly motivated, detail-oriented and process driven individual with excellent numerical and communication skills
  • Community driven: you are passionate about conversations and trends on social networks, you closely watch trending topics and rising stars on social
  • Creative: you have an eye for content and know, how to nurture creatives to make contents standout in the users' newsfeed
  • Passionate about second-hand fashion and sustainability: you think second-hand is the future of fashion and follow platforms, editors, or influencers involved into sustainable fashion.

Tools
  • Experience with Project Management tools : Trello, JIRA, etc.
  • Experience with Analytics tools : Google analytics, Tableau, SQL, Social Bakers and other social media dedicated tools
  • You like to think of yourself as someone organized and sharp: organization tools, dashboards and planning tools have no secret for you
  • Knowledge and active user of social networks: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.

Languages
  • Be fluent in both English & French
