Vestiaire Collective is looking for an Authentication Academy Manager to join our team in Paris

About the role

You will report to the Head of Authentication and will be working mostly with Authentication Experts, Authentication BPO and Operations teams. As Authentication Academy Manager, you will be responsible to develop Vestiaire Collective Authentication methodologies and make Vestiaire Academy a world class structure to train Authentication experts for digital and physical control .

Authentication Academy goals:
  • Build & Maintain best in class Authentication knowledge relevant to Vestiaire Catalogue
  • Train & Graduate Vestiaire Collective Authenticators to best in class expert level, supporting business growth

Roles comes with 20% mobility to ensure healthy cooperation between Central team and Sites

What you'll be doing
  • Strategise, plan and execute continuous Authentication knowledge update
  • Create robust metrics and partner with Analyst team to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Create robust Academy methods, industrialised processes and training methodologies
  • Maintain documentation and ensure alignment of process stakeholders through structured change management
  • Define learning journey (internal / external) to maximise efficiency and set career path
  • Lead a team of Authentication experts, responsible to research authentication tips, analyse breach, produce structured training documentation and train Authentication workforce. Measure, drive and report team performance
  • Ensure knowledge and expertise consistency between digital and physical Authentication
  • Evaluate and implement best LMS to scale Academy

Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in managing operations teams and t raining the trainer
  • Strong personal drive, you have highest standards and aim for excellence
  • You are passionnate about developing other's talent.
  • Experience in Fashion, Luxury or e-commerce a plus
  • Experience in program/project management and implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions on the field and drive projects to successful implementation
  • Be structured, organized, creative and motivated by startup mindset (transversal topics management, wide range of topics)
  • Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • Technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visual Basic for Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Capacity to scale and standardize processes and automate tasks where possible
