Senior Manager, E-Commerce and Retention
Ten Thousand is looking for a passionate and data-driven Senior Manager, E-Commerce and Retention. The ideal candidate is a left and right-brain thinker and proven operator who is excited to work highly cross-functionally and fill a critical cross-section within the company, owning both our E-commerce storefront and our retention marketing programs. Reporting into our VP of Marketing, you’ll oversee the daily management of and long-term planning around the TenThousand.cc site, develop and oversee a multi-channel retention strategy, and lead a small, nimble, and growing team. With this role, you’ll be joining a very fast growing company at an early stage. For the right candidate, this is a unique opportunity for rapid career acceleration.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop site roadmap and manage implementation across development and creative needs, through team and agency relationships
- 5+ years of driving e-commerce sales with a consumer brand (even better at a DTC) and digital marketing experience with a strong retention component
