Office Manager

Ten Thousand is looking for an Office Manager to support our rapidly-growing team and manage our HQ operations – including playing a key role in culture and team development. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, obsesses about the details, is willing to wear multiple hats, has excellent time management skills, and is excited to work cross-functionally to keep Ten Thousand’s HQ running smoothly. You will play an integral role in shaping Ten Thousand’s culture as the company grows, and no two days will be the same.  With this role, you’ll be joining a very fast growing company at an early stage and will have the chance to learn about all facets of the business. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly

   

  Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including overseeing desk setup and recruiting operations

   

  Manage office supplies and office snacks inventory, and place orders as necessary

   

  Serve as the face of the office by greeting incoming visitors

   

  Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings and maintaining calendars of the CEO and COO

   

  Receive and sort incoming mail, samples, and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail

   

  Develop office policies, procedures and ensure they are implemented properly

   

  Perform administrative errands and take on ad hoc and special projects when needed.

   

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience as Office Manager or similar role (start-up experience a major plus)

   

  Full proficiency in Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides)

   

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

   

  Dynamic and highly energetic, with a passion for athletics and apparel

   

  Highly organized with good project management skills. Able to juggle competing priorities.

   

  Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently and handle constantly changing needs
