In your new role as our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll play a vital role in developing and implementing our recruitment and talent strategy. You'll develop the recruitment methods and tools we use to attract the best talent and further our goal of being an employer of choice.

What you can expect:
  • Create and implement a recruitment strategy for Hugo Boss UK & Nordics to attract the very best talent, adopting best practice and creating innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Proactive approach to developing end to end recruitment process, identifying the most appropriate attraction methods for any recruitment. Ensuring any recruitment activity is cost and time effective, utilising the latest resourcing tools and increasing the use of social media.
  • To actively promote engagement with candidates.
  • Work with Marketing to develop an employer brand and strategy to attract the right talent into the business and become an employer of choice, ensuring any recruitment strategies, adverts and communication adequately reflect the employer branding messaging.
  • Ownership of managing day to day recruitment activity as well as responsibility for reviewing existing recruitment practices to develop and implement improvements - this can be for individual and volume roles, managing relationships with recruitment suppliers, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate recruitment experience.
  • Design and development of simple effective resourcing tools to include enhancement to application management, conducting initial candidate screening, telephone and face to face interviewing using predominantly value based recruitment.
  • To work with Hiring Managers to understand the skill requirement and strengthen recruitment capability across the business through design and delivery of upskilling, coaching and development in recruitment.
  • Promote core values and behaviors to candidates and employees.
  • Support hands on recruitment delivery of all job roles including building strong talent pipelines for future.
  • Responsible for selecting, utilising and managing all 3rd parties and recruitment agencies and recommending suppliers for the network, negotiating cost effective rates.
  • Analysing data to provide insight and influence strategy.
  • External benchmarking across all aspects of resourcing for best-in-class materials.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects as workload dictates.
  • Attend relevant seminars and courses to ensure continual personal and professional development i.e. legislation changes, employment law.
  • Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.


Your profile:
  • Previous experience as a successful in-house recruiter, in a fast-paced multi-site business.
  • Creativity in attracting talent.
  • Proven track record of delivery on niche/difficult and high-volume roles.
  • Experience of using a variety of online and social media to attract talent and knowledge of professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Forward thinking with an awareness of best practice, current and future trends regarding talent management, candidate experience and workforce planning.
  • Knowledge of UK Employment Law & HR Best Practice as it pertains to recruitment activity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multi-projects to tight deadlines.
  • Flexible, professional, and creative mindset and an open enquiring mind.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence others with the confidence to deliver training and presentations to large groups both virtually and face to face.
  • Emotionally resilient and driven.
  • Project management of new initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on time and received positively.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK, Ireland and Nordics.
  • Ability to work at pace and a driven individual.
