Retail Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Retail Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to support the development of the performance culture of the HUGO BOSS stores. Are you enthusiastic about projects within global retail performance? A highly motivated team is waiting for you to join.

What you can expect:

  • Ownership and independent management of various projects and topics
  • Definition and implementation of improved usage of store spaces (traffic flow standardization) as well as of standardized performance review process to steer global retail performance
  • Continuous optimization and further development of key strategic fields of action (f.ex format strategy)
  • Liaise with global markets in the definition and pursuit of global performance targets
  • Actively provide action recommendation based on analyses portfolio to ensure that key KPI's are optimised (f.ex. increase customer conversion rates)
  • Participate in, and support, regular Store Performance Calls to report on progresses and discuss action plans
  • Identify and evaluate value added activities that will improve agreed retail KPI's on a global scale

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed Bachelor or comparable (Master's preferred)
  • Experience in a similar position or consultancy of at least 3 years
  • Proven stakeholder and project management skills
  • Experience working around topics such as Retail Analytics, Omnichannel Operations & Change Management
  • Problem solver and ability to spot areas for improvements
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to read data and translate it into impact
  • Open-minded approach to topics
  • Collaborative with a focus on team success
