About THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced HR Process Specialist,with apassion for delivering a high level of customer serviceto Associates and Managers. You'll be an expert at driving efficiency in people processes, using your experience of the Workday system to identify issues and trouble shoot solutions at pace.

Responsibilities include:
  • Support the delivery of effortless experience for Associates and Managers
  • Identify, develop, and implement ways of increasing efficiency across HR processes
  • Work collaboratively with HR teams to improve the Associate and Manager experience
  • Use Workday data and reporting to identify issues and trouble shoot solutions
  • Deliver continuous improvement projects and initiatives to ensure the continued development of the Manager and Associate experience
  • Develop a new People Services Portal working with partners across HR to ensure the high quality and up-to-date content
  • Support the implementation of Service Now across the HR Administration function
  • Support the development of the HR teams by developing and documenting best practice and enhancing training material

About YOU
  • Practical user/hands-on experience of using Workday HCM technology essential
  • Extensive knowledge of HR processes
  • Experience of using Service Now
  • Ideally experienced in working in a HR Shared Services team set up
  • Data analysis acumen
  • Effective at communicating, capable of engaging and influencing peers
  • Project management skills
  • Passionate about delivering a high level of customer serviceto employees and managers.
  • Attention to detail and an enquiringmind, able to understand the root cause of issues, problem solve and develop solutions at pace
