The Team

The Total rewards department is responsible for designing, optimizing and executing the European PVH rewards strategy, philosophy, programs, policies and initiatives, focusing on Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility. The department is split into four pillars, HQ and Executive compensation, European and Retail Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility.

The Total Rewards department is part of the European Headquarters in Amsterdam, acting as a Center of Excellence within the overall Human Resources department.

The Position

The Senior Manager Mobility position reports into the VP Total Rewards PVH Europe. The role is responsible for managing, coordinating and administrating of all activities related to the mobility lifecycle for the European region. The role ensures the reliable adoption of standard global mobility processes and policies to maintain compliance. The role will act as the mobility subject matter expert for the region and best practice leader for specific activities to support assignee experience stakeholders in Europe.In collaboration with the talent management team, the role will contribute to enable our talent strategy with creative solutions that incorporate future proof ways of working, including remote working strategies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult and guide business teams, stakeholders and internal teams on all mobility related matters, including policy, process, income tax, immigration, social security and local labor law
  • Contribute to the evolution of Global Mobility policies and processes
  • Provide input to the talent management strategy by identifying future ways of working, including remote working strategies and drive implementations of these programs
  • Set up mobility services and processes for new European countries
  • Drive process improvements for the region
  • Ensuring consistent compliance for all European assignments
  • Supporting operational staff on complex case management and advising internal management on complex assignment issues
  • Work and collaborate with team members and stakeholders in our World Headquarters and mobility team members across regions
  • Manage external providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with authorities to ensure compliance
  • Participate in global mobility related projects and drive European mobility related projects
  • Provide reporting and analytics for internal stakeholders
  • Benchmark mobility programs to ensure competitiveness

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • 7+ yearsof related experience working within the field of international assignments, global mobility or expatriate management
  • Understanding of regional tax, social security, labor law and immigration regulations
  • Understanding of general Compensation & Benefits topics
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Detailed orientated and solution driven
  • Analytical skills
  • Creative problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management skills - End to End
  • HRIS experience, working knowledge of Workday is a plus
  • Experienced user of MS office, highly experienced in Excel
  • Experience in Retail / FMCG industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
