Our Customer Experience Team thrives to optimize the customer journey by designing, testing and developing a top-notch Ecommerce platform. Our content stories, designs and new functionalities set the example for our worldwide Tommy Hilfiger Ecommerce business and are leading on our website and in-store shopping screens.

The Role

In this role you will manage the Tommy Ecommerce content strategy having the lead over the following domains: Creative content (asset/copy/translation management), Campaign/Go to Market Strategy, and Content Publishing. You make sure we tell the right brand and product stories at the right moment having a solid go to market strategy that fully aligns with marketing/brand initiatives, trade and merchandising insights and performance marketing plans.

You will be working very closely with team members of the Tommy experience team such as the Product Owner Upper funnel and CRO manager, as well as other stakeholders like Brand and Marketing, Trade & Merch, Performance Marketing and PVH Studio.

Together with your colleagues and your own team, you ensure we captivate and engage consumers on the Tommy.com platform always putting data at the center point of any decision.

Curious to find out more? Here is an overview of your day-to-day tasks:
  • Manage a team (6-8p) existing of creative content specialists, a campaign specialist, a to be hired copywriter, a manager content publishing and content publishers/testers
  • Dive into website data and work with creative content specialists on using the best performing content assets and modules for our Landing pages
  • Liaise with various stakeholders on the go to market strategy for seasonal campaigns, special capsules and global campaigns ensuring we have a smooth process and journey with clear objectives and KPIs
  • Communicate and influence across the organization - making sure everyone understands what content is going live when and vice versa know what marketing and brand campaigns we need to cater content for as a Tommy Ecommerce team
  • Brief our Tommy creative team on Ecommerce assets to be made during our seasonal photoshoots
  • Set up a clear copy and translation process together with a to be hired copywriter and translations specialist to make sure we have consistent copy and tone of voice on all our Ecommerce communications and channels (content copy/ email copy /product copy)
  • Work on a plan to in-house content publishing
  • Manage budget and vendor contracts

The Ideal Candidate:
  • We are looking for an energetic team player who has excellent communication skills, knows how to motivate and manage a team and can build strong content stories that fit with our brand and product strategy
  • You bring 6 years + experience as a Content manager working with large, high-traffic Ecommerce websites, preferably in retail/fashion. Multilingual sites are a plus
  • You work structured and have an extreme eye for detail, as the content and the copy you are responsible for, will be seen by millions of Tommy.com visitors
  • Has experience in setting up clear processes to streamline the go to market process of big (global) campaigns
  • You are not afraid to propose out of the box ideas but always support them with data
  • Experience with the SCRUM methodology and an agile way of working
  • A passion for the Tommy Hilfiger brand
  • Affinity with Content Management (CMS), translation processes and template development
