About THE ROLE

PVH Retail is responsible for circa 50% of the Northern Hub (UK, Netherlands, Nordic region & Ireland) total business. It is a fast paced, energetic and open environment - where everyone has a voice and is highly encouraged to contribute. Our teams operate autonomously, but with one consistent red thread that runs through our retail business - 'Retail Working as One'. We are one team, made up of five key departments: Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations and our Store Teams on the ground, driving our business. Our focus is always stores' first. We put our teams on the ground, serving our consumers, at the forefront of everything we do.

The Retail Operations Communications Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the two-way communication between stores and head office functions. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager the communications coordinator will be responsible for delivering efficient and productive communication to the retail teams.

Responsibilities include:
  • Creation and maintenance of all communication to the retail estate from Head Office
  • Ensure all communication applications (e.g. STORIQ) are running at optimal levels across the Northern Hub
  • Managing content, creation and publishing of Retail communication
  • Creation of reporting highlighting by exception, key metrics of communication/tasking compliance by the retail stores
  • Develop knowledge building video content for the PVH video library
  • Oversee task creation within the communication application
  • Coordinate cross function communication and task creation through applications to ensure SLAs and best practice are being followed
  • Admin support and resolve issues with the communication applications
  • On-board new retail teams to all the communication tools and applications
