The Team:
The CK Ecommerce team is responsiblefor the official Calvin Klein webshop for Europe, trading in 27 countries and currently the fastest growing area in the company
The Position:
The CK Ecommerce planning coordinator is there to support the Planning Team, as well as more specific support to the Close to Body planner, with various reports and tools for the merchandise planning of continuity products for all divisions for the official Calvin Klein webshop for Europe, trading in 27 countries.
The Planner reports into the CK Ecommerce Planning Manager
Key Responsibilities:
CROSS DIVISIONAL ACTIVITIES :
- Prepare weekly reporting and trade meeting deck cross divisional
- Execute the weekly seasonal replenishment cross divisional
- Monitor deliveries and intake performance
- Action stock transfers between channels
- Support on markdown administration
- Provide divisional performance analyses
- Own NOS replenishment process of a specific division
- Prepare and assist in Seasonalhindsight, Range plans, Buys and Sign-off meetings of a specific division
- Analyze sales per size and provide size breakdowns
- Assistthe Planning Manager with ad-hoc analyses
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ideally 1-2 years of planning experience, but we are also open to ambitious entry-level candidates with strong Excel, analytical and reporting skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and commercially aware with an ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment
- Strong team player with excellent social skills to build and strengthen the everyday relationship between core teams: buying and site merchandising, site operations
- Ability to summarize and visualize unstructured queries into a compact insight
- Strong organizational and planning skills to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments outside the core every day team
- Focused on achieving results & confident to take on accountability to deliver to expectations
- Highly motivated and flexible, proactive approach
- Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of another European language a bonus
- Preferred education: Business, Fashion management
- Basic knowledge of SAP, BW, HANA; basic knowledge of Web analytics a plus
