The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

Our Franchise/Partnership Team acts as a brand ambassador, combining the interests of PVH and business partners. With focus on a customer-oriented, stationary retail business, we constantly implement and develop business models for contemporary customer requirements, e.g. connected retail and click & collect. The partnership relies on quick decisions in a rapidly changing market with an agile future-oriented way of thinking. We act with immediate initiative and a strong network of internal departments in order to achieve the best possible economic solutions.

A day in the life of an Area Manager Franchise/partnership (m/f/x):
  • Central Point of Contact: You will be responsible for our franchise partners as well as consignment/concession partners within the DACH region for all strategic and operational topics
  • You will provide support for the Franchise Ambassadors in the PVH Region West
  • You will be the central counterpart between business partners, internal stakeholders and external "License Partners"
  • You will further develop the Franchise and concession business models
  • You will work closely with our Store Development/Expansion team for location analysis and screening of potential new and existing franchise store locations and Shop-in-Shop's
  • Monitoring: You will have the strategic and operational control of the Franchise stores and consignment areas from a holistic perspective, ensuring profitability and efficiency
  • Merchandise Planning: You will create store / SIS option planning to set up the ultimate store / SIS set up.
  • Various Franchise support: You will support at different projects like Mystery Shopping, participate at store kickoffs and trainings for store managers and team leads

What do we need from you? You have:
  • A completed apprenticeship or a university degree in a commercial/business field
  • A strong analytical mind-set and understanding of numbers and measurements
  • The ability to prioritize and analyze especially market and location analysis
  • A passion for problem solving, solution oriented as well as high organizational skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively on all levels especially within the team and stakeholder
  • A good command of written and spoken English
  • Good skills in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
