The Position

We are looking for an experienced product owner that is curious, data-driven and has eye for detail. You have strong stakeholder management skills, a user-first mindset and know your way around analytics. Together with your product team you effectively collaborate with CRO, web analysts and stakeholders to improve performance and hit key results. You bring structure to the team, a clear focus and clarity to the stakeholders. You're a team player that not only likes to build great products but also loves building and contributing to a team of skilled product owners.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role you have direct impact on the customer experience and the scalability of our platform. You're able to create a clear product vision which is reflected in your roadmap. You know how to prioritize initiatives and align with your stakeholders and team to maximize the value for the user and business. In your day-to-day activities, you will work directly with your scrum team and stakeholders such as our Site Merch Team, Performance Marketing and CRM teams.

As a Product Owner you:
  • Are skilled at coming up with a clear product vision and comfortable with setting up OKRs and reflect this in your roadmap.
  • Empower the team to build the right product, the right way; delivered on time and on budget.
  • Advocate focus on outcome rather than output.
  • Create transparency and manage expectations and push-back when necessary.
  • Contribute to the product team with a solid knowledge of the various challenges of

    the business, relevant user insights and data about user's engagement in our digital

    products.
  • Have a good understanding and values validation techniques, from initiation to

    implementation & iteration.
  • Are responsible for impactful product changes and rollouts.
  • Organize product demo's, reviews to actively get feedback from stakeholders.

The ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher educational equivalent.
  • You bring at least 3-5 years of experience as Product Owner working with high-traffic

    websites, preferably e-commerce platforms.
  • Demonstrates understanding of the techniques and methods of modern digital

    product discovery and delivery

  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
  • Experience with performance optimizations and conversion rate, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with Scrum way of working
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • You have a healthy interest in the market trends and future of tech in retail.
  • Considered as a plus: affinity/basic understanding of the search (Fredhopper/XO)
