The Senior Manager Learning and Development (m/f/x) is responsible to drive learning and development activities in-line with the overall strategy across the region. Key responsibilities are a need-based learning and development portfolio for all our associates, development programs for key talent groups such as people leads. Moreover, you will define and implement standardized approaches, tools and processes to evolve learning and development practices together with the team. You will work closely with colleagues from the own team who are learning and development enthusiasts and passionate trainers, our HR Business Partners and co-creators from the business.
A day in the life of a Senior Manager Learning and Development (m/f/x):

The Senior Manager Learning and Development (m/f/x) is responsible to drive learning and development activities in-line with the overall strategy across the region. A day in the life of a Senior Manager Learning and Development (m/f/x):
- Learning and development strategy: contribute to the learning and development strategy and drive it's implementation throughout multiple countries and for thousands of associates
- Key talent development: Responsible for the development offering for key talents such as people leads, high potentials and trainees
- Learning and development expert: Define learning offerings for all associates based on business and talent needs, drive conceptualization and design of learning and development measures and own the roll-out
- Change management: Accelerate the implementation of learning and development measures, innovative change management activities and communication
- Networking: You build a strong network throughout the organization to understand the business, current needs and challenges
- Vendor management: You engage with external vendors to take make-or-buy decisions for our development offering
- Continuous improvement: You continuously improve talent development measures by identifying and evaluating relevant KPI and taking necessary action
- Budget management: You take over talent development budget responsibility and match spend against budget
- A university degree in organizational psychology, adult education, human resources or comparable education (Master's degree preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience within HR, thereof at least 3 years of experience in learning and development
- Professional experience in an international context and in innovative organizations
- In-depth knowledge on learning and development
- Ability to conceptualize and design from scratch, work independent and dive into new topics autonomously
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and change management skills
- Professional meeting, workshop and training moderation
- Fluency in German and English (written/spoken)
