PVH Retail is responsible for circa 50% of the Northern Hub (UK, Netherlands, Nordic region & Ireland) total business. It is a fast paced, energetic and open environment - where everyone has a voice and is highly encouraged to contribute. Our teams operate autonomously, but with one consistent red thread that runs through our retail business - 'Retail Working as One'. We are one team, made up of five key departments: Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations and our Store Teams on the ground, driving our business. Our focus is always stores' first. We put our teams on the ground, serving our consumers, at the forefront of everything we do.

The Retail Facilities Specialist sits within the Retail Operations team and plays a key role in supporting the Northern Hub retail business with the smooth delivery of day-to-day maintenance and repair services for the owned and operated stores.

Responsibilities include:
  • End responsibility for delivery of day-to-day retail facilities services in the broadest sense for the retail stores within the Northern Hub.
  • Engaging and managing stakeholders and suppliers in relation to the Repairs and maintenance operation.
  • Work with key stakeholders and external contractors in ensuring a maintenance and repair program is in place and adhered to.
  • Alongside the creation of best in class processes and work instructions, working within the PVH Value framework.
  • Work with the finance retail teams and external consultants on contract negotiations, tender processes and procurement for all of our maintenance services.
  • Compile and maintain records relating to the site(s); e.g. asset register, plans, plant testing, etc., taking any action, which may be required.
  • Liaise with local authorities as appropriate.
  • Oversee and regularly review the work carried out by contractors to ensure the required standards are achieved and maintained in accordance with the contractual agreement and within company budgets.
  • Responsible for store supplies. Managing within the supplies budget.
  • Delivering supplies productivity and increased efficiencies to the retail stores

About YOU
  • You will have previous experience of working in retail-service industry.
  • You will have experience of the facilities sector and Repair and Maintenance operations
  • You will have strong experience of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow management.
  • You will have experience of producing high quality analysis and communicating insight to senior management.
  • You will be able to identify issues in systems and troubleshoot to identify solutions to maintaining an efficient budgeting, forecasting and reporting system.
  • You will have a proven record of accomplishment of leading, coaching and developing teams.
  • You will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
  • You will be a creative, commercially aware and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.
  • You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.
  • You will have an innovative, proactive and solutions oriented mind-set.
  • You will have strong project and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
