About THE ROLE

The PVH HR team are a group of focused, forward thinking and commercial individuals all passionate about offering an outstanding Associate experience. Working at pace, the team work closely with our European headquarters to support the curation and creation of a great learning offer.

Equipping our People Managers with the future skills and behaviours they need to drive the business and their people forward is one of our top priorities. The Learning & Management Development Specialist is an integral role that will lead on the creation, curation, delivery and implementation of key management learning practices. Sitting within the wider talent team, this role plays a key role in our future people team success.

This role will look after our UK, Ireland and Netherlands business and will support the Nordic region. There will be the opportunity to work closely with our European central teams as well as partnering with counterparts in other local markets.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead on the design and implementation of management development programs, tools, frameworks and process- ensuring a human centered designed approach.
  
• Work closely with head office people managers to understand learning needs to shape head office management development offer.
  
• Work in collaboration with European central teams in the design and implementation of European management development projects.
  
• Partner with the Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging (IDB) lead in the design and delivery of Inclusive Management Education.
  
• Collaborate with the People Experience & Belonging Specialist in the creation and delivery of organisation wide (IDB) education & events with particular focus on management accountability.
  
• Locally own and embed the PVH Management Behaviours Framework, whilst ensuring elevation of tools fit for purpose.
  
• Work closely with the Learning & Development Specialist - Retail, to leverage, share and influence retail management agenda.
  
• Act as a coach or mentor to people managers in driving ownership over their people agenda.
  
• Utilise key data points and insights to influence elements of the talent team strategy.
  
• When required, support the wider talent team with ad hoc behavioural based learning and performance management.
  
• Build out Management Learning path ways on Workday system- to support blended learning approach.
  
• Map and analyse capability levels of management population to understand the strengths and gaps to provide recommendations for solutions.
  
• Create strong working relationship with key stakeholders and external partners in order to drive management development strategy for future success.
  

About YOU

• A true people professional who has experience in design, implementation and embedment of management learning.
  
• Has a good understanding of current management learning trends being able to translate this into viable solutions.
  
• Strong and challenging facilitator where required, to drive management self-reflection.
  
• Familiar with a retail based organisation and the importance of thinking people first
  
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and engage across all levels and cultures.
  
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and Analysis skills, with the ability to use data and information to tell a story to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Makes data driven decisions, uses trends and insights to bring great change.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
  
• Strong decision-making ability with high curiosity to improve efficiencies and ways of working.
  
• Highly organized, exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities.
