POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of our fast-growing Site Merchandising & Product Launch team, you will be working on delivering the best possible experience to CalvinKlein.com consumers alongside the Content, Buying, Product Launch, and Planning teams.

As our Site Merchandising Specialist, your main responsibility is to maximize conversion and sales opportunities for the Kid's assortment by addressing specific market needs and boosting commercial opportunities all while keeping in line with our brand positioning. You will be an expert on your pages of the site, determining the seasonal product ranking strategies to bring the assortment to life through curated collections, optimized filters, internal search offense, and merchandising strategies.

Within an agile, motivated team, you are expected to have a great commercial acumen and strong understanding of e-commerce within fashion or related industries. You can bring these insights into innovation on site through detailed strategy implementation and monitoring.

You are driven to improve KPI's, with an eye on industry innovations and standards.

You will channel your efforts into highlighting the unique selling points of our offering, from Sustainability to Inclusivity, to Exclusivity while keeping an open mind to new industry developments, keeping pace with a fast-growing channel within the wider business organization.

You have the desire to get hands-on with initiating projects, pulling analytical results, and presenting wins and opportunities to the larger CK E-Com team. You will execute Site Merchandising strategies while developing greater knowledge of our tools and platform capabilities, influencing A/B testing ideas with our Site Merchandising Product Owner and CX teams. You will have a special focus and knowledge of internal search and on-site product merchandising strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Thorough understanding of e-commerce KPI's and ability to articulate and act upon insights on Site Merchandise topics: filters and navigation, product merchandising, and internal search redirects and synonyms

• Manage the localization efforts amongst our 27 different European countries

Ensure alignment of on-site strategy with Content and Marketing teams

• Analyze traffic patterns across different product categories within our European sites developing market specific strategies supporting Merchandise team on go-to-market and Seasonal hindsight.

• Execute Internal Search Merchandising strategies, improving conversion across key traffic sources through all European stores through synonyms, redirects, and internal search resulting ranking

• Analyze and communicate weekly metrics on relevant product/product categories to the wider team, highlighting conversion opportunities and supporting in-season trade.

• Deploy best Site Merchandising practices in supporting product go-lives, and content campaign launches.
Troubleshoot any on-site issues quickly with high levels of communication, and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Advocate for Site Merchandising improvements, liaising with Product Owners, Developers, Analytics & Insights, and Platform Operations teams on enhancements and site functionalities.

DESIRED SKILLS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Flexible team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment

• Experienced in Fredhopper or other Site Merchandising tools, and knowledgeable of site taxonomy and product information management systems preferred (A/B testing is a plus).

• JIRA/ticket creation experience preferred.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail is a must; able to analyze and quickly react to data using Adobe Omniture, Tableau, Contentsquare, or related analytics tools.

• 1-3 years of Site Merchandising, digital trading, or related experience preferred in a direct to consumer business

• Strong communication skills; able to deliver your message to a variety of stake holders and influence change

• Fluent in English and preferably one other European language.

• Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize depending on greatest business impact
