The team:

The Ecommerce Team is responsible for managing the European own and operated tommy.com sites across all European markets, shipping currently to 25 countries. The team operates all necessary functions to manage the Ecom business end-to-end. Tommy Hilfiger is growing in a fast pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years.

The team is 100+ people strong and has expanded significantly over the past year. Our team consists of highly motivated and skilled professionals from various cultural backgrounds and nationalities, making it an inspiring environment to work in.

As the Ecommerce business is one of the main growth opportunities, there is a high focus in the organization to support the Ecommerce expansion for both own-and-operated Ecom, as well as third-party websites and platforms.

This position will support the development of the Ecommerce Partner Program (marketplace business model), which is a new sales channel for our Ecommerce business.

The position:

As the Junior Planner Partner Program you will be joining the Tommy Hilfiger Ecommerce Planning team, which is working very closely with the Merchandising team. This position will be focusing on the day to day operations for the newly created Partner Program business model. We aim to strive for a close collaboration between both channels in order to maximize sales performance and meet our growing Partner Program ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

PLANNING:
  • Divisional planning for Partner Program (pre-season planning, KPI monitoring, in season management)
  • Stock protection build up and replenishment to optimize conversion on both channels and full price sell-through
  • Identify stock transfer opportunities between channels
  • Support on profitability analysis
  • Assist on promotional strategy

REPORTING / ANALYSES:
  • Weekly, MTD, YTD, STD trade performance analyses by country and division for Partner Program
  • Support on financial forecast administration
  • Building sell in sell out reports
  • Ad hoc analysis depending on business needs

MERCHANDISING:
  • Prepare and assist for divisional hindsights, buy budgets, range plans based on historic performance and anticipated future development, sign offs and buy placement with merchandisers for Partner Program
  • Building size analyses and strategy
  • Post buy evaluation

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Ideally 2-3 years of planning experience, preferably within Ecommerce / Market places
  • Preferred education: Business, Fashion management
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in spreadsheet analyses to derive quantitative and qualitative business insights from data
  • Quick to learn new systems and tools
  • Strong planning and organization skills, ability to multi-task
  • Focused on achieving results & confident to take on accountability to deliver to expectations
  • Highly motivated and flexible, proactive approach
  • Team player with excellent social skills to build and strengthen the everyday relationship between core teams : Partner Program team, Product and Site Merchandising
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
  • Fluency in English is required
