About the role:
- Build, support, and optimize sales processes such as prospect qualification, outbound prospecting, opportunity management, and key handoff points between teams.
- Partner with senior sales leadership and Sales Coaches to inspect sales process quality and determine areas of improvement.
- Proactively identify areas of concern, monitor overall process compliance across sales teams, and foster a culture of consistent process improvement.
- Partner with global and regional sales enablement to train and enable teams across process changes.
- Provide data attribution for our high-impact enablement programming.
- Support the deployment of new sales technology and audit adoption of existing tools.
- Centralize global sales process and technology requirements to help manage overall prioritization and align regional teams.
- Partner with the Global Revenue Technology & Operations team to outline key requirements and priorities to streamline overall development in Salesforce, Marketo, and other third-party tools (Salesloft, Gong, ChiliPiper, Troops).
- Support business case development and analysis of new sales technology.
- Partner with Revenue, Sales Operations, and Business Operations teams to ensure processes and technology support key reporting requirements for financial and sales reporting.
- Provide input to leadership in the development of sales compensation and incentive plans that drive associated revenue growth within segments.
- Inform and educate key stakeholders and leaders from other teams (Product, Support, Growth, MSM etc.) of key sales processes.
- Provide input in planning processes to align operational and technology requirements to key strategic Revenue initiatives.
- Support sales metric development and reporting in partnership with Global Sales Operations.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and MS Operations teams to support development of an end-to-end business process focused on driving predictable revenue growth across the entire merchant lifecycle.
- Identify and understand trends in the market to support continuous process innovation and best practice development.
Qualifications
Role Requirements:
- 8+ years of Sales or Revenue/ Sales Operations work experience, preferably in SaaS-based or technology companies.
- Ability to organize complex objectives into individual related tasks and measurable deliverables.
- Ability to build strong relationships across a broad set of stakeholders including leadership and executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast, dynamic, and constantly-changing environment.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across departments.
- Experience with implementing and supporting Salesforce, Marketo, and other third-party tools including Salesoft, Gong, ChiliPiper, and Troops.
