Sr. Account executive is responsible for driving sales, brand presentation, training, and brand building activities globally with strong focus on North American business. The ideal candidate will quickly gain a good understanding of the business and be able to identify opportunities and recommend/execute action plans.

The candidate is required to have established industry network, strong sales drive and follow thru, meticulous attention to details and strong analytical skills. They will be relied upon to build relationships internally, externally, and cross functionally to achieve goals in most efficient manner.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Report to Head of business Development to build Mark Cross Global wholesale and Market Place business
  • The key focus on building Mark Cross business in North America and Canada, opening the major department store accounts to add doors strategically with in the best adjacencies for the brand. Closely account manage from the buyers’ level to the level of department managers at each door
  • Aggressively open new prospect accounts. Outreach, open, manage and grow business with global major department stores, Etailers and Specialty stores
  • Responsible for achieving total, comp and net sales targets. Identify and support seasonal sales initiatives to drive business, such as pop ups, trunk show, in-season selling incentives etc.
  • Own measuring the results and effectiveness
  • Quickly learn knowledge of products and world Mark Cross to own product presentation for accounts as well as at in-store selling sessions
  • Market Place account management and manage administrative process together with logistic coordinator
  • Proactively prepare for the wholesale / Market Place marketing calendar and coordinate with the internal team to deliver strong outcomes
  • Provide recommendations and drive seasonal markets: provide feedback on merchandising plans and account level assortment plans
  • Engage in weekly/monthly/seasonal reports and analysis to optimize the business of responsible area and track performance by door
  • Master AIMS 360 systems to support business most efficiently, make recommendations for improvements in processes Customer Service/Operations
  • Oversee / execute order management
  • Develop strong cross functional relationships with merchandising, account receivable, and logistic/operation team to communicate as needed and optimize productivity
