WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Define, implement, and oversee our performance marketing strategy for Snapchat and Tiktok
  • Analyzing campaign results continuously, actively improve the performance by making good use of insights and optimization
  • Drive AR innovation, growth opportunities and tackle challenges end-to-end: use data to uncover insights, create an actionable plan, execute, test, measure results, learn & iterate
  • Work with the product managers, engineers, data scientists, and automate processes which enable data-driven decisions at scale
  • Liaise with design teams in-house and external, supporting the ideation and creation of creative briefings to establish highly performing creative best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from the Markets teams to maximize marketing impact and drive growth targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Min. 3 years experience working on performance marketing channels across multiple markets with large budgets. Special focus to Display/ Paid Social, a hands-on platform knowledge of Snapchat / Tiktok are a big plus, as a key focus is to lead AR growth
  • You have a test & learn mindset, know how to plan, launch, and analyze lift studies & A/B tests. Basic statistics knowledge, and proficiency in Excel is a must. SQL is a plus
  • Creative mindset, you are excited about content, and are able to connect consumer insights to design concepts which translate into creative briefs for designers
  • You are excited about the opportunities opened by the rise of social commerce, AR and the creator economy
  • Structured and independent way of working, hands-on mentality, and solution-oriented working style
  • Ability to assess performance, define strategy, optimize, prioritize tactics to drive growth and profit
