As a Senior Product Manager in our Size and Fit Digital Experience team, you will enable our customers to find the right fit the first time when they shop on Zalando. You will be working across the organization to drive the process of problem discovery, definition, solution design and delivery to continuously deliver and scale personalized sizing experiences for our customers. Ultimately, you will enable customers to find the right fit the first time, return less and reduce carbon emissions, positioning the Zalando platform as their first destination for personalized size and fit experiences.

Zalando acquired the Zurich-based Mobile Body Measurement App Developer Fision in 2020 and Size and Fit became one team, passionate for working towards closing the gap between textile manufacturers and customers through innovation, science and delivering great customer experiences. The team works across Zurich and Berlin in a multidisciplinary fashion with applied scientists, engineers, product managers, product designers and business teams.

  • Use a highly-customer-centric and analytical mindset to build a compelling vision of the future. Work backwards from this vision to construct a narrative for how we'll solve customer problems and realize Zalando's opportunities
  • Provide easy-to-understand solutions to multi-facetted problems based on an in-depth understanding of relevant data and analysis techniques.
  • Collaborate with multi stakeholders across different disciplines such as applied science, engineering, product design, product analysis and business and become a trusted sparring partner to the team members of the different disciplines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning many divisions (e.g. marketing, other digital experience teams, corporate communications) and become a trusted sparring partner to the members of those teams
  • Define priorities and drive actions to achieve goals with guidance from your stakeholders
  • Participate in the Zalando product community and create relevant connections to product teams across the organization to learn and identify opportunities for collaboration

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C Product Management of preferably digital data driven products and/or virtual experiences
  • Demonstrated expertise in solving complex problems at scale and through all phases of discovery, definition, design, and delivery
  • A track record of delivering products that require deep understanding of trade-offs between usability, technical and operational feasibility, market readiness, and business constraints
  • Ability to monitor KPIs in order to measure your impact and success of the product
  • Ability to write documents and clearly communicate in simple and easy to understand language for a broad audience, including senior management, your teams, and colleagues across the organization
  • Passion for solving overarching industry problems and creating impactful solutions

You will join our multidisciplinary Size and Fit organization, composed of Machine Learning / Deep Learning researchers, engineers, full stack developers, product & business experts, from 25+ different nationalities. We provide computer vision solutions, recommendations, and predictions on customers size and fit choices, and conduct focused experiments using emerging AI technologies to solve Fashion challenges that matter.
