This is an exciting role within the Theory European business where the main responsibility is to support the Marketing team on the execution of the yearly Marketing Brand Strategy, ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standard and meets set objectives and KPI’s. We are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who has the drive to deliver and succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To support the delivery of Theory Europe's brand marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on influencer outreach, management and reporting. Source, build and maintain excellent relationships with influencers, KOL’s and members of the ever-growing Theory community.
  • Organize and manage influencer seeding.
  • Deliver key business KPIs through strategic activations including database growth, traffic to EU site, footfall to stores.
  • Prepare for seasonal marketing campaign launches.
  • Project reporting including project briefing and comprehensive and analytical debriefing.
  • Support the marketing team on in-store and external events.
  • Support on wholesale marketing activity, liaising with wholesale partners across EU to ensure on-brand marketing activity are executed, as well as planning and implementing activity.  
  • Ability to take initiative and to take ownership of tasks / projects; work collaboratively with the wider team to support the marketing function.

Required

  • Strong interest in fashion industry news and changes.
  • The candidate should be obsessed with customer and providing excellent customer experience- online & offline.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders across different teams.
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills.
  • Creative, innovative and commercially savvy entrepreneur, always looking for new ways to grow brand awareness, database and generate sales.
  • Methodical and highest attention to detail.
  • A highly organised self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with ease and stay resilient under pressure; show initiative and stay results orientated; can work and prioritise with limited oversight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative writing is a bonus.
  • A team player able to work with multiple teams, strong interpersonal skills.
