Manager, Community and Content Strategy
Primary Purpose:
As part of the growing Outlet .com team, the Manager will develop and execute the digital strategies to drive the emotional and value driven connection among the rapidly growing Coachoutlet.com community. Working closely with cross functional teams and key vendor partners, this person will use data and insights to develop and bring to life our vision of Community on-site utilizing both internal and external tools and assets, alongside user generated content. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Membership and Community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, strategize and execute eComm associate content strategy and tactical plans to drive consumer engagement and conversion
- Coordinate with the customer experience team to communicate and plan for product launches and key moments to our associate influencers
- Brief in all eComm creative assets related to community content and work closely with creative teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage user generated content platform, working with vendor and cross-functional partners to grow and enhance the program
- Partner with cross functional teams to develope and steer the future of what Community means to Caoch Outlet
- Create and maintain UGC reporting with key KPIs, continually driving the business based on insights
- Provide marketing recaps to evaluate KPIs and ROI

The accomplished individual will posses...
- BA or BS degree preferred
- 5-6years of brand/ecommerceexperience
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret results and provide a solution
- Team-oriented with ability to interact with partners across the organization at all levels; ability to negotiate and influence peers and members of cross-functional team.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to self-direct, manage ambiguity and flex to changing needs of the business
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Experience with Google Analytics or relevant web analytics tool experience stronly preferred
