Senior B2B-Sales & Account Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager for Global Key Accounts & NDX/SE/BE/NL regions within our Gift Cards team to identify innovative opportunities to acquire new customers and develop marketing cooperation and help us push and reach our ambitious sales targets for corporate gift cards in the respective markets.

  • Animate and expand our B2B Gift Cards/Branded Currency business by building on our New Partner Acquisition Strategy whilst developing our existing partners in South Europe, Benelux and the Nordics. You identify and create innovative business models that enable new revenue streams or improved KPIs and processes.
  • Build and own your own sales pipeline. You support your team by identifying strategic business channels and partnerships. You will lead the development of your team's Key Accounts and support your team on end2end sales. You will drive the translation of our team's strategy into your local markets, define roll-out plans and sales presentations and materials.
  • Master both multiple complex internal and external stakeholders and continuously improve processes and interfaces
  • Own your team's targets and career development. You are ready to take on the challenge of continuing the growth of our Gift Cards business model

  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B sales role (Experience in the Gift Card industry is a plus). New Partner Acquisition excites you and you feel a strong ownership for your own and your team's target achievements
  • Strong communications and negotiation skills which help you move fast and deliver big. You speak German and English fluently
