This role assists the Senior Regional FP&A Manager in planning, budgeting and analysis of APAC Retail, Wholesale and Travel Retail businesses and participates in ad hoc projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports, sales and KPI reports
- Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast and cost analysis, highlight key trends and drivers for senior management's review
- Prepare and standardize management reports across the region and ensure compliance with group policies
- Work closely with the Senior Regional FP&A Manager to prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Liaise and work closely with HK, China and US counterparts on all reporting and planning matters
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and work on special projects as needed
PROFILE
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 1 years in financial planning in MNC, preferably in the Retail industry
- Experienced in a regional role, preferably related to APAC
- Strong excel and modeling skills
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- Excellent written and communications skills in English and Chinese are required
- Proactive, detail-minded and strong analytical skill
