Senior Allocator - Online Business Partners
HUGO BOSS UK Ltd. | London | United Kingdom | Full-time

Supporting the Merchandiser on the day to day running of the department. We are looking for someone who is reliable, who works well individually as well as with a team, can use their own initiative and is not afraid of numbers. The successful candidate will be professional in manner, have a flexible approach to work and excellent communication skills. The role is based in our London Head Office.

What you can expect:
  • Producing weekly Merchandise reports which are then distributed to Senior Management and HUGO BOSS Business Partners
  • Create and manage allocation plans
  • Allocating new season product launches across online concessions.
  • Analyzing the in-season stock and sales position and allocating stock to partners based on demand.
  • Liaising with partners with reference to stock issues, system problems and delivery information.
  • Support product data & content submission process
  • Any other ad hoc duties


Your profile:
  • Intermediate Excel Skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form.
  • Strong at prioritizing workload and with a flexible attitude to change in priorities.
  • Understand and represent the brand values.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with all levels within the company.
  • Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated. Shows ambition to drive through initiatives and change to achieve company targets.
  • Pays close attention to detail, accuracy and is very analytical.
  • Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve.
  • Professionalism is maintained at all times.
  • Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully.
  • Work effectively and efficiently with the ability to establish credibility.
  • Desirable: Previous allocator and/or retail experience. SAP and BIS knowledge. Understanding of online content management & digital merchandising
