Job Details

At Axel Arigato, we have set out our vision to "Create the Present, Shape the future and Inspire generations".  We are anticipating a 75% growth each year in the next four years, with new Retail Stores as well as new offices in Europe, China, and the U.S. To secure our Vision and this growth - we need to strengthen our People & Culture Team with an experienced People & Culture Business Partner who will help align business strategy with our people strategy in the UK and other European countries.

As our new PCBP, you will provide expertise within the People and Culture field. This means giving expert advice within labour law and work environment, leadership coaching, rehabilitation, and trainings amongst other things. You will have a key role in our future growth, working closely with managers and building relationships with internal stakeholders and ensuring a top-of-the-class workplace for our employees to thrive and be productive in. This also implies working proactively with topics and questions such as health & safety, compensation packages and employer branding.

You will be a business partner to our UK departments but as we are a global company, supporting departments/stores in other countries will also be a part of the job. In some cases, travelling may be required.

This is a perfect role for an individual passionate about how the business strategy can be driven by hiring, developing, and rewarding excellent talent. As you probably figured, this is a high-paced role with great possibilities of improving the internal process and making sure that we continue being viewed as an attractive employer.  However - it will also require a lot from you. Both in terms of skills within the People & Culture field, but also when it comes to grit and taking initiative and being the expert providing credible advice and counsel to our leaders. Experience from working as a business partner towards other markets, such as France, Germany, or Denmark, is a plus, but not necessary.

To be successful in this position you are attracted to the business side of the fashion industry and realize the importance of continuous improvements in both big and small.
