The tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Identify new roles and/or existing job openings that must be filled to enable the business to meet its goals. Compare business goals and objectives to the current structure of business units and the distribution of roles. Support in yearly salary reviews. Other general PCBP ad hoc tasks.
As you probably figured, this is a high-paced role with great possibilities of improving the internal process and making sure that we continue being viewed as an attractive employer. However - it will also require a lot from you. Both in terms of skills within the People & Culture field, but also when it comes to grit and taking initiative and being the expert providing credible advice and counsel to our leaders. Experience from working as a business partner towards other markets, such as France, Germany, or Denmark, is a plus, but not necessary.
