In this role as Senior Lead for Future Work Strategy, your role is to develop and implement future work strategies to strengthen Zalando's position as an attractive employer. You lead to innovate our employee experience with new ways of working to enable our business growth goals, and while leading a team of experts.

  • You lead the strategic development and shaping of future work models for enhancing collaboration, innovation, and a sense of belonging.

  • You have at least 8+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting on people strategies, designing innovative work models, and change management, in an international, fast-growing, technology-friendly work environment.
  • You bring the experience in leading and coaching a diverse, expert team.
  • You bring the experience in advising and working across senior stakeholders in communication, technology, corporate real estate, and HR business partners.
  • You are able to thrive in ambiguity and strive to gain clarity.
  • You have excellent writing skills, and the ability to use language as a tool to articulate complex concepts, ideas, and processes with a proven presence, especially with senior stakeholders.
  • You have openness to direct feedback and a willingness to incorporate the ideas of others.
  • You are Business fluent in English. Knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • You live and work in Berlin or intend to relocate to Berlin.
