The Role
We are looking for a brand builder who lives and breathes luxury. To work closely with Marie France to develop and execute a global brand strategy. Compile and analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities. Be responsible for translating the opportunities into fully-integrated marketing plans across Communication, Publicity, Digital, Social Media, CRM and E-Commerce. The candidate will be expected to curated occasions and event and participate in customer facing.
*Role will be based between Hong Kong and the USA. Frequent travel to Europe, Middle East, South

Responsibilities
- Role must serve as an advocate and champion for all things Marie France Van Damme
- Proactively identify market opportunities to market our business verticals in new and existing markets.
- Will support and influence strategic brand direction.
- Develop brand partnerships
- Focus on amplifying and maintaining a global brand presence, relevance and differentiation.
- Help guide, manage, build and collaborate with store teams around the world.
- Constant communications, consumer insights and client outreach.
- Be able to execute on brand story across Digital and social - ensure content is on-brand, impactful and memorable.
- Build on consumer awareness. Have that relationship with top customers globally as an added layer to the relationships held and fostered by store managers.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in similar role / industry
Passion for Fashion and challenging the industry
Has a very good eye for style
Loves to interact with people as well as entertain and host
Extremely well spoken and very well presented
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
Strong business acumen
Native English speaker, French & Chinese a bonus
