Junior Graphic Designer HUGO Menswear (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (m/f/d) to join our Design HUGO Menswear team on January 2022.

What you can expect:

• Detailed research based on the concept briefing
• Development and implementation of the graphics with regard to design capsules & technology
• Close collaboration with the design team for the allocation of the graphics on the right style, quality and price point according to the Collection Framework
• Creation of print-ready files including placement prints, all over prints and graphic elements, printing technique and colourways
• Support of Design and Technical Product Development in the communication/transfer of graphics to the respective suppliers
• Preparation for and active participation in milestone meetings
• Continuous research of trends and innovation
• Detailed awareness of competitors and end consumers

Your profile:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Distinct understanding of printing and branding techniques and basic knowledge of textiles
• The ability to translate graphic trend into brand relevant ideas
• Good awareness of contemporary brands with regard to graphics, print and trend
• Strong illustrative and typographic skills
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, CLO 3D, PowerPoint
• Good organization and communication skills
• The ability to work as a close team under tight deadline constraints
