About the Role

In this role, you are a part of the Talent Management team, Organization Effectiveness (OE) / Organizational Development (OD) Sr. Director serves as an expert to the broader HR leadership team & business leaders, providing oversight for a broad set of organizational development and talent management practices including succession management, leadership and employee performance management geared at driving a performance culture. This role provides critical thought leadership in assessing critical business issues and guiding HR leaders develop direction and execution to advance the organization's strategy. Additionally, they are responsible for designing and facilitating organization development and change initiatives in partnership with business leaders and HR partners.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborates and influences HR partners to develop and implement talent strategies that address business priorities; including assessing critical business and leadership issues and executing on organization effectiveness solutions that enhance performance.
  • Applies broad based knowledge of HR to provide OD consulting and change agility expertise, and design/develop organization change efforts necessary to achieve business long range plans (LRPs).
  • Develops the framework and tools for strategic workforce planning, including the design of organizational structures to optimize business deliver.
  • Evaluates industry best practices and provides expertise in performance management, career development and employee engagement.
  • Provides strategic and operational support to executive HR team, including collaborating across HR and the business to design, develop and drive key talent practices.


Who You Are

  • Depth of experience in organizational development or a role demonstrating expertise in implementing organizational and/or talent management solutions, inclusive of change management, talent management and development.
  • Proven track record in developing customized, innovative Organizational Effectiveness solutions to meet business challenges.
  • Strong track record of collaboration, strong partner and team player, focused on organizational and team success.
  • Excellent business acumen, focused on how HR processes and tools accelerate business results
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing senior leaders (VPs) and key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction regarding project and/or process goals and objectives and strategic initiatives
  • Comprehensive understanding of common methodologies of OE/OD, such as STAR (Galbraith), and ADKAR; degrees or advanced certifications in OE/OD space is a plus
