The Manager of Digital Marketing Analytics is responsible for providing customer behavior insights to improve digital marketing's effectiveness and efficiency. She/He will work with Digital Marketing team to build tests, analyze, and measure performance of the tests, and provide recommendations to improve targeting effectiveness and spend efficiency. She/He will also build and manage Google Analytics reports to support eCommerce business and ensure data accuracy.



  • Work with cross-functional teams including Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Planning, Site Experience, and Digital Product Management to drive growth of eCommerce business
  • Improve targeting effectiveness by providing customer behavior insights and recommendations for each and all marketing channels
  • Increase media spend efficiency by working closely with Digital Marketing and Planning teams to support revenue forecasting and spend planning through customer insights and testing
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing team to build, analyze, and measure tests to improve targeting effectiveness and spend efficiency
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly digital marketing performance reports to support digital marketing operations
  • Develop and manage GA reports for eCommerce and Site KPIs for performance reporting, and work closely with IT and vendor to ensure GA data accuracy
  • Work closely with data scientists to improve marketing attribution and marketing mix optimization
  • Support regional eCommerce teams to drive regional eCommerce's targeting effectiveness
  • Develop new reporting to support the constantly changing digital marketing and e-commerce environment


  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics with strong experience in Google Analytics and Data Studio, and a good understanding of digital marketing operations
  • Preferred degree with a specialization in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or another quantitative field or equivalent
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Data Studio, and able to write complex SQL queries
  • Able to work with a high volume of complex data using SQL, Python, Big Query, and Tableau
  • Experience with Hadoop, specifically Cloudera, and Tableau, or other data visualization software is preferred
  • Expertise in Excel is strongly desired, proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to partner with key cross-functional partners to drive insights from the analysis to conclusion
  • Strong communication skills and able to influence others to achieve buy-in for recommendations
