Senior eCommerce Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Global eCommerce is the core of HUGO BOSS AG's eCommerce activities. We ensure that hugoboss.com is a class-leading website, inspiring our customers and easily helping them to buy their HUGO BOSS products. To strengthen our continuously growing department we are looking for a Senior Order Manager eCommerce (m/f/d) who contributes to the business growth with own innovations and profound project experience.

What you can expect:

• Oversee end-to-end customer order experience in our eCommerce and Omnichannel business
• Drive strategic development and continuous optimization of order management processes in close alignment with various internal and external stakeholders
• Lead order management related topics in various eCommerce and Omnichannel projects
• Plan and manage testing initiatives, resources and respective reporting to stakeholders
• Establish SLAs for bug fixes in partnership with IT and review contracts to ensure coverage is of optimal business interest
• Mentor and Coach within Order Management Team and interface departments

Your profile:

• Completed relevant university degree, bachelor or master level
• 5 + years experience in eCommerce and/or Omnichannel
• Process-oriented and analytical mindset
• Excellent knowledge of the eCommerce Order processes
• Confident to work independently and in cross functional overarching projects with multiple stakeholders
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Out of the box thinker with hands-on mentality to drive innovation in eCommerce Operations
• Excellent verbal and written language skills in English
